5. CLEANROOM EXPERT DAYS - Machines, Devices, Equipment and Systems Suitable for Cleanrooms
Welcome to the 5. CLEANROOM EXPERTS DAYS from the 13th to 14th March 2012 in Leipzig, Germany!
Objects which are located in a cleanroom or an airlock and which are utilised for working in a cleanroom are the focal point at the 5th CLEANROOM EXPERTS DAYS. Special requirements are placed on machines, devices and systems which produce under clean conditions. This also applies to equipment such as cabinets, tables or chairs. It already starts with the external shape on which no unwanted air turbulences may be allowed to form. It continues with surfaces. Is the material according to cleanroom standards? Can it be easily cleaned? The question regarding how a machine is brought into a cleanroom at all also plays a large role. We have invited experts to answer all these questions, which – as is already a tradition at the EXPERTS DAYS – take every aspect into consideration from different sides. From the planning to the utilisation of machines, devices, equipment and systems in a clean room – at the 5th CLEANROOM EXPERTS DAYS you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and also to gain new insights which you can successfully apply in your enterprise.
At our venue in Leipzig you have the chance to get in contact with cleanroom service providers and suppliers. At the exclusive evening event you have also time for networking, socialising and for exchanging ideas.
The CLEANROOM EXPERT DAYS are organised by the ReinraumAkademie, which was founded in 2008. The ReinraumAkademie offers seminars, basic trainings as well as structured training programmes and coachings. Companies can enhance their personnel’s knowledge of how pollution resulting from their particular environment can be avoided. Emphasis will be made on the basics knowledge of the cleanroom technology and the special gowning procedures and materials. The ReinraumAkademie is you competent partner in all cleanroom training matters.

At Cleanzone, the industry’s decision-makers will be able to obtain an overview of every step in the process, from planning and constructing a clean room to its operation. The trade fair offers ideas, products and solutions for the various processes, while its practical demonstrations are of great assistance to decision-making. The inclusion and exploration of all sectors relevant to clean rooms facilitates the exchange with a wide variety of users. The congress will also foster the sharing of scientific knowledge that is independent of product presentations.

LOUNGES 2012 – A success for the cleanroom and for us.
For the 6th time the LOUNGES took place at “Karlsruhe Messe”. We went there.
This time not only our experts for cleaning and training were present. We also celebrated our 27th company anniversary at the LOUNGES. Nevertheless, champagne and cake, beer and pretzels were not the main reason for the many visitors to come to our exhibition stand. The exhibition area of over 30 m² was almost too small for the large crowds. "Cleaning of cleanrooms" and "Training of cleanroom personnel" are subjects of interest to everyone who deals with cleanrooms .
As in previous years, profi-con and the Cleanroom Academy participated in the international trade fair. The motto of this year's event was "The clean process environment." We showed at various stages how to keep the process environment clean. The correct gowning procedure and wiping techniques were also part of our live shows. Questions were answered by our experts on the stand. Many new contacts were established and long-term business relationships were strengthened.
Nevertheless, this year the LOUNGES will face competition. From the 24th to 25th of October 2012 the Cleanzone will take place at Messe Frankfurt. Profi-con and the Cleanroom Academy will be there anyway.

BEHAVIOUR, CLEANING, GARMENTS AND TRAINING FOR THE CLEANROOM SECTOR
During this two-day conference, eight guest professionals will be in attendance to answer questions on how to ensure a smooth cleanroom operation. Participants will be lectured on the correct cleanroom conduct, the exact cleaning procedure for ISO and GMP cleanrooms, how to decide on the appropriate garments for cleanroom operations and about successful training programmes for the cleanroom personnel.

Productronica 2011 – 19th World Trade Fair for Innovative Electronics Production 15th -18th November 2011 at the ‘Neue Messe’, Munich
profi-con will be at Productronica 2011 in Munich together with cleanroom manufacturer COLANDIS, the cleanroom textile service company decomtan, the logistics company DB Schenker, as well as the equipment manufacturers Häckl Automation. All five companies, working together, will set up a cleanroom in real time, clean it and then install a machine in the room. The whole process, from set up to live machine operation, should take no more than 90 minutes. This live process can be seen every day throughout the duration of Productronica.
